Hello all. I have a question for ballbusters, mostly women even if all can answer.

 

I was wondering, the split second before you actually hit the balls, do you visualise them somehow mentally? Do you visualise your knee, foot or else connecting with that specific part of the guy's anatomy? Or you generally strike between the legs with no further afterthought?
