A change to my “chat rules”.

If you message me, I will look at your profile before I reply.
If you profile only has your Name, I will ask you to fix this before we chat.

It’s your decision but if you want to Chat with me, you need fix your information. I should not have to ask every darn person’s info when I am messaged.
