Barb’s SUNDAY CHALLENGE!
To start off the week, how about some ballbusting exercises?
First off, tie your balls together and tight.
Then, with a hard object (wooden spoon, remote control, or something of the sorts), hit your balls once hard.
Stop for 5 seconds
Then hit twice.
5 seconds.
Hit three times.and so on until you reach the count of 10 (or more if you feel like it).
You cannot take more than 5 seconds to regain your breath UNLESS the extra time is spent squeezing your balls.
